Thinking of going to the History Roads Show in Wetaskawin in June. Might be fun to put together a display. Anyone else planning to show their Willys?

Sorry it took me so long to get back. We are renovating our house and haven't checked the site for a few days.

Stu and I are planning on going to History Road. I wll send an email out to all AWA members to see if anyone else is interested. The deadline for registration is May 14 so we have some time. History road is a good deal. It is the only show where you don't have to pay to display your vehicles. We have been there a couple of time and had a good time.

If we get enough vehicles from the Association, we can display as a club and all park together.

Registered to be there just have to drive the old girl over the 800 miles or so from Oliver. Hope to take in the Olds get together also the next weekend. Not telling the relatives that I won't be driving my 05 charger so they will crap when I show up in the 58 pickup.

Haven't heard back from too many of the members so not sure how many Antique Willys Association members will be there. It would be nice if we had a good turn out at both events.

Hey Steve! Settle down. No, I didn't drive the tractor into the house thus constituting "renovations".
We just developed the 3rd level.
So, is the house sold? You will be back in Cowtown when we are on AC'12, but you will be here for the AGM!

house sold in the first week. Hmmm make me think I priced too low. Anyway just counting the days now. AGM sounds great, is a backwoods cruise planned?

Good news on the sale. Bad news alright if it was priced too low, but who knows? Great that you will make the AGM, and yes on the Fall Colours Cruise. The trouble is that there are so many areas closed and I can't be taking the guys back to the same place every year. Hopefully, I can find a similar area but very unlikely. There are areas further back but they are quad trails and deadfall is cut back to the width of a quad and the quads love muskeg. Muskeg is not for vintage Willys (or Fords).

Dang... Looks like rain both Saturday and Sunday according to the forecast this morning. That is going to put a damper on things!!
